Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Daily Duels (the "Service"), operated by SEDDEV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Daily Duels provides daily mini-game challenges with public leaderboards. The games, scoring, and mechanics may change at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You may play without an account, but an account is required to submit scores to the leaderboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools, or manipulate scores. We reserve the right to remove scores, suspend, or ban accounts that violate fair play at our sole discretion.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Retry Pass (£0.99): Grants one additional retry of all three daily games. Valid for the day of purchase only. Capped at 3 purchases per day. Non-refundable.

Duels Plus (£4.99/month): Monthly subscription granting 1 daily retry, a subscriber badge, and streak tracking. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in GBP. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Refund policy

Retry passes are non-refundable as they are consumed immediately. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact sam@seddev.co.uk for refund requests.

7. Leaderboards

Only the highest score per game per day is submitted to leaderboards. Display names are publicly visible. We reserve the right to remove or adjust scores at any time.

8. Sponsorships and advertising

Daily Duels may feature sponsored content. Sponsors have no influence over game mechanics or leaderboard rankings.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SEDDEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting sam@seddev.co.uk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
